These glasses are all made-to-order. They are etched, meaning that the design is engraved into the glass. This is what makes the design completely dishwasher safe! Please remember that when the glass has a cold drink in it, the condensation on the outside of the glass will make the design harder to see. This is not a defect – this is the nature of etching/engraving.

Please remember that processing time and shipping time are two separate time frames. Processing time is the time that it will take for me to make your glass(es). Shipping time is the time that it takes between when the shipping label is printed and when the package is delivered to you.

Because of the handmade, made-to-order nature of these products, I do not accept returns.

FAQs

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? (U.S ORDERS)

Our items are made to order and ship from Tennessee, U.S. Our standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Your order should arrive within 3-5 business days from shipment date.

If you require an item to be delivered to by a specific time frame, please consider all of the above information, and add on a couple of extra days from the longest possible delivery date to give an extra padding. We do not take responsibility for a product not arriving at your desired time when fulfillment time framed and shipping time frames have been provided here. Returns or cancellation requests will not be accepted for any items not received by a specific date.  

Notice: Items in your order can or might ship separately due to different methods of packaging required to ensure your order is not damaged during transit. You will receive a separate shipping email for each item.

 INTERNATIONAL: Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days but orders can take 30-45 days for delivery. Please no do not order if you’re not okay with possible delays.

 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed, as they immediately go into our printing department for processing.  We can, however, update your address. You may reach out to us regarding your purchase by emailing contactus@makingwright.com. Please remember, it may take us 12-24 hours to get back in touch with you.

 

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you provided a wrong address at the time of order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your full updated address in the first message to ensure no delays. We can only make address changes within a few hours of when the order is placed. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to change the address.

 WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 100% guarantee that if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will do our best to fix it. We also offer replacement at no charge for items that are damaged or lost in transit after shipment . If something isn’t right with your MakingWright.com purchase, please contact our customer service support my emailing contactus@makingwright.com with your order number for assistance. 

Return Policy: Due to the handmade nature of our business, with each item being made-to-order, we do not accept returns. If your order is received damaged, please make sure you contact us and provide us a photo within 7 business days after the order is delivered so we can send you a replacement at no charge. 

  

 RETURN TO SENDER/ INVALID ADDRESS

If you provided a wrong address at the time of order you may contact us ASAP. In the event that the package is already in transit, we will not be able to change the delivery address or refund/cancel order. Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information and we are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments or enter the wrong address you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Items held at the post office: It is the customer's responsibility to contact the post office and schedule re-delivery if a package is being held. If a package is returned due to not being picked up, it will be considered a return to sender and a refund will be given, minus shipping charges. 

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

Please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to "no recipient at time of delivery" or "wrong address" entered on the order, or if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully. If the order is noted delivered, contact your nearest post office. I do not have more information on the status of the package, I can only see what is provide on the USPS website. Please keep in mind, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement.

 International orders: Typically delivery is 7-15 business if no delays occur. Please keep in mind that we charge a flat rate for shipping, but if an order exceeds a weight limit, an additional shipping fee will be invoiced to you. 

Your package will be declared a lower price than the order due to the following: Different countries will have different import regulations. If the amount declared on the package is over a certain amount,  you may have to go to your local Customs office personally and be subject to import tax. The cost of import tax depends on the value declared on the package. Thus, to protect you from these additional fees and to save you a trip to the Customs office, we will declare the package contents at a lower value. If any tax is due, it is the customers responsibility to pay.

Orders from your country may be subject to customs and duties fees upon arrival. All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays.


A shipping fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned due to invalid address. The charge will be 20% of the total charge per item. Final sale items are subject to a partial discount of 50% in addition to any return fees. These will be deducted from your refund if you refuse a reshipment. 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments or enter the wrong address, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 30 days from your order confirmation email. After 30 days, your order will be marked as closed and we will not be able to process any refunds.. Please note that orders are strictly non-refundable if your parcel failed to deliver due to "no recipient at time of delivery" or "wrong address" entered on the order, or if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Order lost in transit will be provided a replacement order, we do not offer refunds only replacement orders for lost packages.

We will not be held accountable for parcels when tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered successfully. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
 
IT LOOKS LIKE MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED TWICE. WHY?
What you may be seeing is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear and you will see one charge for the order you have placed. Please note that your bank may take up to 48 hours to clear the authorization. If you need help speeding up the process you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
Please only click the ‘Place Order’ button once during checkout to avoid duplicate orders being placed.

When you visit WWW.MAKINGWRIGHT.COM, we collect customer information to improve the content of our Website for marketing and promotional purposes. We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, and collect customer information gathered in the course of joining or online member base and/or processing sales transactions. Return/Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will do our best to fix it. We also offer replacement at no charge for items that are damaged or lost in transit after shipment . If something isn’t right with your makingwright.com purchase, please contact our customer service support by emailing contactus@makingwright.com.

Return Policy: Due to the handmade nature of our business, each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns. Please be aware of this especially when placing apparel orders.  If your order is received damaged, please make sure you contact us and provide us a photo within 7 business days after the order is delivered so we can send you a replacement at no charge.

 Please do not return items to the return address on your orders packing slip without prior approval. Items returned without approval will be subject to a fee which will be deducted from your refund. Holiday & Limited Edition items returned without approval will also be subject to a 50% restocking fee, as they are final sale items and cannot be sold again.

For approved returns, it’s the customers responsibility to pay all shipping fees, if a return label is requested, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund.

 Broken Drinkware Orders: Although great precautions are taken during the packaging of each order, breakage can still occur during the shipping process. We provide replacement orders for any orders damaged in transit. (Replacement orders will be processed within our normal time frame of 3-5 business days plus ground shipping time.)  Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with adequate proof of any damage or breakage reported (please include images of the damaged item). Refunds will not be provided - only replacements. 

Damaged item or issues with print: Our items are inspected before being shipped, but at times printing errors can occur. If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged, or in bad quality, please contact us within 7 days of your order being received and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible. Refunds for damaged items will not be provided - only replacements. You have 7 days from the item being received to contact us; requests received after 7 days cannot be processed.

 Wrong Item Received

To be eligible for an exchange for an incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of when the item is delivered by the carrier.  Please contact us by emailing contactus@makingwright.com with your order number and picture of the wrong item. Please do not return items to the return address on your orders packing slip without prior approval.

 

Approved returns & exchanges: It is the customer‘s responsibility to pay all shipping fees related to returning or exchanging a product. We do not offer return labels at no cost. If you request a return label, we will deduct the cost of the return label from the refund total.
